What site conditions are required?
A dry, ventilated, and stable environment is required. Outdoor units must be in weatherproof enclosures.
Can customers install the battery system themselves?
No. Installation must be performed by certified professionals to ensure safety and warranty validity.
What accessories are included in installation?
Standard installation includes mounting racks, DC/AC cabling, breakers, and communication wiring. Additional accessories depend on project scope.
Maintenance
Is regular maintenance required?
Minimal. The BMS provides automatic monitoring and balancing. We recommend an annual inspection to ensure connections and ventilation remain optimal.
Can batteries be serviced on-site?
Yes. AmpGarden and partners provide on-site diagnostics, firmware updates, and replacement services when needed.
What is the recommended storage procedure if the system is not used?
Store at 50–70% SOC in a dry, ventilated location. Recharge every 3–6 months to maintain health.
Safety & Compliance
What safety certifications apply to AmpGarden services?
Installation and maintenance procedures comply with OSHA (for US), CE/IEC (for EU), and UL standards (for North America).
How are warranties affected by improper installation or maintenance?
Warranties are only valid if systems are installed and maintained by certified personnel. Unauthorized modifications void warranty.
Warranty & Support
How long is the service warranty?
Installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months. Battery system warranties remain 5–10 years depending on model.
How to request service?
Contact AmpGarden with system details, MAC code, and installation photos. Remote diagnosis will be performed first, followed by on-site service if necessary.
