Solar Energy Storage
General
What is the battery chemistry?
LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate), chosen for its high safety, long cycle life, and stable performance.
What capacities and configurations are available?
We offer various stackable and rack-mounted modules in capacities such as 48V 100Ah, 48V 200Ah, 48V 300Ah, and higher, allowing flexible expansion from small residential systems to large commercial arrays.
Are these batteries suitable for off-grid and hybrid systems?
Yes. They are designed for off-grid, hybrid, and backup applications, compatible with most hybrid inverters.
Charging
What charger or inverter should I use?
Use an inverter/charger compatible with LiFePO₄ batteries, with voltage settings matching the battery specifications (typically 58.4V cutoff for 48V nominal). Consult your inverter manual for LiFePO₄ profile.
Can I use solar charging?
Yes. Use an MPPT solar charge controller with LiFePO₄ profile. Ensure PV array voltage and current match system design.
How long does it take to charge?
Charging time depends on system size and charging current. For example, a 48V 100Ah battery charged at 50A will take ~2 hours from 0% to 100%.
Usage
Can I connect multiple batteries?
Yes. Modules are stackable and can be connected in parallel to increase capacity. Some models also support CAN/RS485 communication for advanced BMS integration.
How should I store the battery if not used for a long time?
Store at 50%-70% charge in a cool, dry place. Turn off the main breaker or battery switch to avoid parasitic drain. Recharge every 3 months.
Is it suitable for partial state of charge (PSOC) operation?
Yes. LiFePO₄ chemistry handles PSOC well without sulfation risk.
Maintenance
Do I need to balance the battery cells manually?
No. The BMS automatically balances cells during charging.
Does temperature affect performance?
Yes. Capacity decreases in cold temperatures. Operate within specified temperature range for optimal life.
Safety
What protections does the battery have?
Built-in BMS provides over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection.
Can I use these batteries indoors?
Yes. They produce no harmful fumes and have no risk of acid leaks.
Warranty & Support
How do I get technical support?
Contact us with your product model, MAC code (format A5:XX:XX:XX:XX, printed on the label or QR code), and system setup details. Photos of inverter settings and battery LCD (if applicable) will help us diagnose quickly.
